Dear Parents and Friends,
Before you know it, the anticipation and excitement that surrounds 2011 graduation will be upon us. To honor our 2011 graduates, parents of both Boerne High School and Champion High School have started the process of planning for Project Graduation 2011. We cannot do this without your help! Please join us in our campaign to “Save a Life, Be a Lifesaver” and volunteer. Project Graduation is an all night, alcohol and drug-free party exclusively for all Boerne ISD graduating seniors. The evening is filled with entertainment, food of all kinds, games, a casino, a DJ and much, much more. Prizes are also awarded during the event. Project Graduation is a totally self-supporting event. The funding comes from outside the school, primarily from Corporate Sponsors and parent donations. Additionally, funds are raised through “Chow Downs”, “Pass the Bucket” at athletic events and new this year; a back to school carnival for all ages planned for August 28, 2010 and more. We really need your help to make Project Graduation 2011 a success! By completing the bottom of this form, you will be giving us permission to contact you via e-mail or phone to update you on the upcoming events (e-mail will be the easiest and most efficient). Please return the bottom portion of this letter with your contact information to the address below or in the enclosed self-addressed envelope.
Our goal is to raise $65,000.00. We anticipate that more than 400 students will attend Project Graduation, which calculates to about $165 per graduate. If you would like to make a donation towards Project Graduation; please make checks payable to Project Graduation 2011 and mail to
